RunService.exe - What is this Process, Is it a Virus/Spam/Trojan

I'm afraid this Program RunService.exe (3kb) is running in the Background,
whether this can be harmful program, I'm Using Win xp SP2,Microsoft Spyware,
No Antivirus Program, in a LAN Connected via Proxy.
Can anyone help me

common software and games. This process should not be terminated unless
suspected to be causing problems.

Process Name : LicCrtl
Rating: Not Required, often infrequently run tasks that can be run manually.

Run Ad-Aware SE, Spybot and HijackThis:
