Running Windows 2003 in a Windows 2000 Domain

Management wants to install a couple of Windows 2003 servers (member servers)
in our Windows 2000 domain. Are there any known issues?

You can do that -- you could even run them as servers in an NT domain.

You have to take steps to add Win2003 DCs to a Win2000
Forest and/or Domain.
