running tsclient applications

I tried to run a client app by running \\tsclient\path\app. This started the
app on the server. How can you run the app on the client rather than the
server.
 
From within a TS session, you mean? You cannot, at least not with
Windows TS alone.
This functionality is called "content redirection" and is provided by
Citrix on top of Windows TS.

Is there any other 3rd party software that will allow this?
