Depends on what the program is. How did you "install" it to the slave
drive? What is the slave drive - internal or external, usb etc? Some
programs can just be run from the exe file. Others need to be installed
so so entries are placed in the registry and files copied to various
locations on the drives. Did you install it to the slave drive will the
drive was in the system or did you move the slave drive from another
computer?

You need to first "install" the program. You just can not copy the folder
over to the other drives. Most Windows programs require some type of
configuration info to be placed into the Windows registry or some INI file
for other programs.
