Hi Doug,

do you want to synchronize the items or sharing the items?

Hi Doug,

the best way is to visit the websites I posted and then you have to test
several products to see which one is for you the best one.

I wrote this answer in another newsgroup:

Public ShareFolder is the software solution of my company, so it is (of
course) the best way (round the world) to share and synchronize items in
Outlook. ;-)
I try to make not to much "marketing" in my answer. Outlook can not
connect/share PST file with several users in the same time.

Public ShareFolder can do this. You can share the PST file on your Desktop
with your laptop, live. In addition to the Public ShareFolder function you
can synchronize selected folders with the Public SyncTool (also on our
website), between the Notebook and the PC. Outlook can be opend on the PC
and on the Laptop. Public SyncTool is free for licenses Public ShareFolder
user so have a sharing and synchronzation solution.

Another way could be to store the PST file on a USB stick and then you can
work with the same PST file on the Laptop and on the Desktop. The main
problem for this solution is, that you have to make a backup very often,
because if your USB stick get lost or damaged, all items are lost. Network
drives are unsupported by Microsoft, but I do not know if USB sticks are
"network drives".

I prefer to test several products by yourself.

Maybe it helps.
