Spam help

Hi

our clients use outlook to download mail directly from the ISp on port 110
into thier exchange mailboxes. We have tried multiple client side spam
blockers but always seem to cause exchange to have problems.

Is thier anything anyone would recomend?. Or does any one know of a spam
gateway that filters port 110?
