Running multiple versions of Access

I am trying to run both Access 97 (to support a client's
legacy database) and Access 2003 on a WinXP Pro machine.
Both versions were installed from legal, full versions of
Office, but when I try to run Access 97, I get a message
that it cannot run because there is not a license for it
on the PC. Any ideas how to run both programs concurently?
