I just upgraded Outlook to 2003 from 2002 on a computer here at my office. On
the 2002 he used to open it twice and have a screen for his e-mail, and a
screen for his calendar. 2003 is not letting him do that now. Is there a
setting to allow it to open more than once on the same computer? Thanks!

Just right-click any folder and choose "Open in New Window".

Right-click the desired folder and choose Open in New Window.
