Invisible replies.

Hi,

I have a friend who is using Outlook 2003 at home. If he sends an email to his work machine everything is fine. However, if he replies to an email sent from his work machine to his home machine, his reply email is blank! It has the header but no body text. His work machine is running Outlook 2007.

Any help would be really appreciated. He recently upgraded his work machine from Outlook 2002 and this appears to have happened since then (I did tell him not to upgrade - if it isn't broke don't fix it is my motto)
