Running MS-DOS Application in Win2K

Hello there!

I'm creating a shorcut in the desktop to run MS-DOS
application, but when clicking it this error will come out.

"Error while setting up environment for the application"

The error above is within a window title "16 bit MS-DOS
Subsystem".

Appreciate your help in detail.
