I can't seem to find any info on the net, but is it possible to run this
prog from the command line (like in batch). Want to use it at shutdown time.

Thanks.

Won't happen. HDvalet was designed to be GUI interactive. I don't
run Microsuck software anymore, but might I suggest you look for an
old DOS command called TDEL or TDEL.EXE. This measly program can be
made to do most everything HDvalet can. Exceptions are long filename
support and delete to recycle bin options (Can log ALL activity
although).

I used this command and a few include/exception config files to
automate the removal of all useless files on my various HDs. Worked
rather well in a simple CLEANIT.BAT file that could be run from
anywhere. In essence, I achieved what HDvalet offered in command
line form. Just a thought. Definitely not the easy way!

Hunt it down and give it a try... Powerful!

[Can send it to you if you fail to find it --> It's that old!]
