CommandBurner is a free CD/DVD burning software utility that can be executed
from the command line, as well as through a simple interface.

Executing from the command line
CommandBurner can be executed from the command line, or through any method
that passes command line arguments. Simple options allow you to burn, erase,
load and eject CDs and DVDs.

This makes CommandBurner suitable for integration with programs, scripts and
batch files. We imagine that CommandBurner would be useful for tasks such as
scripting backups to CD/DVD, but feel free to find other reasons to use it!

It's MCDB.ocx seems to belong to Binary Magic[1] and their license[2]
doesn't seem to allow their library code to be given away to all and
sundry, although I can't say I can make sense of "However the products
designed by our software can be share sold installs and transmitted freely."

Anyone know of any other command-line burning software?

Anyone know of any other command-line burning software?

Sure. Two apps common in Linux also have MS-Windows binaries
available:

CDRDAO: <http://cdrdao.sourceforge.net/>
(note: the latest precompiled MS-Windows binary there is under
version 1.1.7)

CDRTOOLS: <http://cdrecord.berlios.de/old/private/cdrecord.html>
