Running Foxpro 2.6 in Command Prompt

Hi

I have a user who until this week was able to run Foxpro
programs through a command prompt. All that has changed
on the machine is that he Defraged the HD. When he tries
to run the command FOXR the command window appears then
the DOS prompt appears in the background without allowing
the program to run.

I have checked the Comspec variable and it's pointing to
the winnt\system32\cmd.exe

Has anyone else seem this and found a fix for the problem.
