Running DirectX diagnostics

In WinXP, where's the folder path to find and run DirectX diagnostics?
Recollect in Win98 there was a folder called "DirectX" under Programs where
one could simply double-click on a "dxsetup" sort of file to run the
diagnostics, but in WinXP where is this?

I just use the Run Dialog and type dxdiag ENTER.
