Runner error

When my computer starts up.. a window dispalys titled..
RUNNER ERROR..with the message Invalid backweb
application ID."137903". Can anyone tell me what might
be causing this error message??

Start/run msconfig, go to the startup tab and disable the reference to
backweb

Dave,

Uncheck the backweb application from startup. I believe it happens with HP/Compaq units. You may contact their support.
