Runner Error message

Hi
I have just installed Office 2003, and out of the blue,
I'm getting a message when I boot up that says:"Runner
Error: Invalid BackWeb application id "8876480"
I'm not sure how this is affecting the performance of the
system, but it's a bit irritating.
Any ideas?
