I have a couple questions. I recently had to reformat my computer, and i
decided to try windows xp SP2. After installation of windows and service
pack 2, Windows Picture and Fax Viewer would not open pictures or show the
previews. it would give the following errors:
rundll32.exe - unable to locate component: The application failed to start
because gdiplus.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix
this problem
RUNDLL:Error loading C:\Windows\system32\shimgvw.dll. The specified module
could not be found.
Also, whenver i open display properties, i get the same rundll32.exe error
message.
Finally, i am not able to change my windows xp user account picture. I dont
really want to reinstall windows once again, and was hoping there was a way
to fix this without having to do that.
