rundll errors at startup

i get to error messages everytime i boot up my system.

1- rundll32.exe-bad image, application or dll
c:\windows\system32\084c0xog.dll is not a valid windows image. please check
this against your installtion diskette.

right after i click ok another pops up

2- rundll, error loading 084c0xog.dll. 0\0 1 is not a valid win32 application.

i have no clue why i am getting this, i have recently reformatted my system
due to a virus of some sort and have not randomly deleted anything. also i do
not have a windows xp disc all i have is the recovery option built into my
system. so WHat is wrong and how do i fix this? please i need help...

Can you physically located this file:

"c:\windows\system32\084c0xog.dll"

Run these tools as well. Be sure to update the definitions before performing
a full system scan.
