Rundll32.exe is a file which can run a function within a DLL file [say Rundll32.exe filename.dll,functionofDLL]. We don't know which DLL it's executing currently. While the Rundll32.exe is a system file, the actual DLL may/may not be a system file. It's a good idea to scan for spyware and inspect the Startup locations.
