My computer has been acting very weird. It seems to always
be "busy" and it is not functioning good. It closes out of
things, will not stay in current window. When the Task
Manager is run, it shows there are multiple of this file
running and seems to be the problem.

Why?? What?? and how do I resolve??

First run scans for viruses, worms, trojans, and also

for spyware/ adware. And run disk cleanup to remove most
temporary files, and defragmenter tool too.
