Rundll32.exe

When I try to access the SYSTEM folder(and other folders) in the control
panel I get an error message saying Windows cannot find "rundll32.exe" but
when I do a search it shows up in the Windows directory.

I had this, I think....if so do a google search for rundll32.exe If this is
the same thing I had it is a virus and there is a fix out there. When I did
the search I found a website that had a tutorial on how to fix it.
