I get an error message that states
the file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel.
But i cannot access that either
 
what was the solution? I have the exact same problem with not being able to run any program with out recieving the file doesn't have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association the folder options control panel. But I can't access it so what was the fix??????
