rundll32.exe still running at shutdown

Everytime I shut down the computer a dialog box comes up
with "rundll32.exe is still running" and I have to end
the program beofre it will shut down....

Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Hi,
Firstly scan your system with latest virus definitioned
antivirus/spybot search and destroy/adawares.
it also indicates that some program is not ending properly.Try to
shutdown running applications and processes by hitting
[ctrl]+[shift]+[escape] keys and using task manager.This will help you
to detect the application/program which is causing the problem.
