rundll32.exe NOT RESPONDING

It looks as I have similiar problem as many users. RUNDLL32.exe does not respond when turning off computer. I am clueless about this problem. If you have any information on how to fix it, please respond.

I don't know if this will solve your problems, but...

There are several programs that I downloaded/installed/ran that I will never
again be without. They are:

1. Spybot Search & Destroy
2. Ad-aware
3. Winpatrol

The best part is that they are very effective and are FREE (although
donations are accepted by the authors).

Do a search for these using Google (or your favorite browser). I use Google
and have the pop-up blocking feature enabled, so no more pesky pop-ups for
me.

And, if you haven't done so yet, be sure to run anti-virus software with the
most current virus definition files.

I am getting this message too and it just started to happen. I have spyware and adware nuker i have pop up blockers also on my computer. so I don't know why if this is spyware or adware it should be off the computer. the progam I have gives me live updates
