RUNDLL32.exe fault

When I attempt to perform different functions under options (like clearing
the History folder, changing the size of the TIF folder, etc) IE 6.0 stops
responding and I get the message, RUNDLL32.exe is not responding. Then when I
go to task manager to stop the process, the note RUNDLL32.exe is trying to
respond as a program" comes up. What sort of mess is this. I would appreciate
any help.

Hi Mark :)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using so I can only guess
at a suggestion. Try the following and see if it helps:

Check for malware, it is a primary cause of this problem. See the very good
