Rundll32.ese

My computer has been runnign VERY slow. I press
crtl+alt+del and i look at the processes. It seems that
rundll32.exe has been taking up most the CPU. I was
wondering if:

1. I can fix this or
2. Can i juts end rundll32.exe's process. Please help me.
