rundll32 error messages

every so often the message appears, "Rundll32.exe error, struction at
0x012424e5 referenced memory at 0x012723e0, memory could not be read" What
can I do to stop that?

You could increase youre ram memory,512mb is about min. amount,if ram
memory is ok,R.click my computer,properties,advanced,virtual-memory,change
button,select "let windows manage" then click set 2X,close out restart
computer.
