When I login in to Windows XP I get the following messages:

Error loading stlb2.dll. The specified module could not be found.

Error loading c:\Windows|System32\NVMCTRAY.DLL. The specified module could
not be found.

I have ran both Spybot and Adware. The messages started appearing after I
ran these programs. Am I doing something wrong or did these programs not
delete all the appropriate files.

Thanks.

The stlb2.dll is a parasite (malware) file. The NVMCTRAY.DLL is an
Nvidia system tray applet. Apparently both files have been removed but
there is still an entry for them in Startup.

Go to Start>Run and type (without quotes) "msconfig" [enter]. This
brings up the System Configuration Utility. Look on the Startup tab and
find the probable culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, Apply and
OK out. You don't need to restart immediately, but the next time you do
you'll get a dialog saying you've used the Utility. Just tick the box
that says in effect, "don't bother me about this again".
