RUNDLL

When I start up my computer it pops up, then it pops up every few minutes
when i am logged on, the message is

Error loading C:\Progra~1\Intern~3\inetkw.dll

The Specified Module could not be found.

Any help to get rid of this annoying problem would be greatly appreciated.

Run Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, CWShredder, and HijackThis.

Well I ran all 4, i removed a crap load of spyware, but i keep getting the
same thing to pop up every minute...i used hijack this, and deleted a file
named

C:\Progra~1\Intern~3\inetmgr.exe

the same window pops up like 5 times, then i run it again and there it is
again
