RUNDLL Error Message

I am asking if anyone could help with a "RUNDLL" error
message. At least every 60 seconds, a "RUNDLL" message
keeps popping up. Error states "Error loading
C:\Program..1\Intern..2\inetkw.dll", "The specified
module could not be found". I have the latest MS updates,
latest virus definitions and I have tried using "spybot"
to rid this error with no success. I would appreciate any
suggestions.
