RUNDLL /spyware doctor

Hi,
I just installed spyware doctor yesterday. I had spy
block installed which I uninstalled. My internet has
been running very slow, and I quarrantined several
files. Now I have an error message that is popping up
every few seconds that says "RUNDLL" on the top of the
blue box, and "error loading C://PROGRA~1\INTERN~3
\inetkw.dll"
I am sure I removed a file that is trying to load, but
don't know what to do about it at this point. Any help
would be appreciated. This is driving me crazy.

Go into Msconfig and uncheck the line that loads it under the start up
tab: Start | Run | Msconfig -- start up tab.

Then scan your system for malware by running these programs. After
installing, update them, then boot into safe mode and run them. You
should update and run them weekly.
