RUNDLL service can't be started.

Rundll service terminated with the following error: Incorrect function

It wont start at all

I am not able to resolve the server name by command, NSLOOKUP, any one knows anything on this
There was a virus attached to this file, virus cleaning Norton was used. Now this virus does not show, and the file seem to be there, but the service won't run. Help.
