RUNDLL problems and computer freezes all the time

I'm receiving a message at every enter I do reading, RUNDLL And exception occurred while trying to run "c:\WINDOWS\system32\btiein.dll,Download

My computer freezes alot, usually it makes the courser freeze like it's doing something else
Very annoying.

Won't let me delete my temp. files. Any advice?

Please let me know. And if it works Thank you so very very very very much
