RUNDLL ERROR

When i now open Windows XP Pro a RUNDLL error message comes up with:

Error loading c:/windows/system32:ugejqfc.dll
The specified module could not be found.

I've been getting this error message since ive disinfected a few viruses from my PC using Panda Software's active scan online and installing AVG Anti Virus System free edition.

I would be greatful for your assistance.
