RUNDLL error

I keep getting the following error when windows XP starts up:

Error loading C:\Program Files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaengine0400.dll

Does anyone know how to get rid of this error??

I have deleted all instances of Wild Tangent and even removed it in the
Registry.

I ran hijack this and had it fix the problem.
