Windows error message

How do I fix an error message that says this file is
missing:

C:\ProgramFiles\WildTangent\appCDA\cdaEngine0400.dll

Also, what is Wild Tangent, where does it originate, and
what is it's purpose?

Any help you can give is appreciated. Thanks.

I am having this exact same problem of getting an error
message about WildTangent. I believe it has something to
do with aol instant messenger. If you find out how to
eliminate this error message during start up, please let
me know.
