RUNDLL error

HI , is there any one can help me????
when ever i reboot my computer, i get these two messages in window,
1. error loading file: C:\WINDOWS\CFGMGR.52.DLL (ok) to close it

2. error loading: DOCEOC16B1
the specified moduler could not be found (ok) to close it


after closing both the windows, i can open IE
any idea? i will appreciate any help to resolve it

hi, i forgot to write that , i am using widows xp home with sp2, has ms
antispyware, yahoo antispyware, ad-aware spyware. mcafee virus scan
