Im getting this at startup:

RUNDLL

An exception occurred while trying to

im not sure what to do to fix it. Any ideas?

That's nvidia nview desktop manager attempting to run from Registry, it may be
corrupt. Troubleshoot removing from Startup in MSCONFIG.
