RUNDLL - Error Message

I got an error message whenever I log on

An exception occured while trying to run "amecsa.cpl,RUN_DLL"

Can someone pls advise how to prevent it?

This is a valid program but it is not required to run on startup
Start>Run>type MSCONFIG and press Enter>Startup tab
Now see if AMECSA is on that list and uncheck/disable it.
Click Apply and Close. Reboot
