RUNDLL ERROR !!!

Hello there can anyone help???
I get an error message when i try to run AC3 from control Panel it says :
RUNDLL error loading C:\windows\system32\shell32,dll,control Run_DLL
„C:\windows\system32\ac3filter.cplâ€.,AC3 filter†error message how i can fix
his problem i hv XP SP2 Panda 7 ad aware Se and they r all updeted pls help
...
