Rundll error cannot find image.dll in Windows folder

Windows XP
Reboot after update to antivirus and xp-kb835732-x86
patch resulted in identification of 4 viruses in windows
and system32 folders. Now when rebooting a rundll error
message is received indicating image.dll cannot be found
in the Windows folder. Also modem is no longer available
for selection in properties of dialer. Attempts to use
wizard to establish connection only allow broadband
option.

How do I approach resetting to get on line?

Also, where do I find image.dll to get a copy back to the
windows folder?

You don't want image.dll back. It's the virus. Basicly there is still
remnants left over pointing to the missing virus. Go here to remove
completely:

(once you get your modem back -- someone will be along shortly with the
modem fix)
