Runas limitations?

Hi,

I am attempting to get runas to install the GDI+ security patches by
calling a batch file and running the start command with switches and
full UNC path to the OHotfix exe file and windows xp update. For one
reason or another runas seems to be limited in that it can only use
simple commands and does not like complex commands using multiple
switches. Has anyone had any luck applying these patches to standard
user accounts or power user level accounts in a corporate environment,
I use the sunar.exe to pipe in the password for runas which works.

I believe I found the issue, runas only works on local drives or maybe
mapped drives but not with a UNC path to the file(s).
