RunAs Control Panel on Remote PC

Gidday,

I have tried a few times, but I would like to know if anyone has the trick
to be able to remote manage a W2K workstation's control Panel.

Under My Computer / Manage.
You can select another PC, but this doesn't give you all the features that
you find in the control panel.

Any Idea's
