I do not have the 'run' facility on my computer.Do I
have 2 contact manufacturer or can anybody put me right
about this?
 
Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: Start Menu , and hit enter.
Click on the topic titled: "Add items to the Start menu".

hello....try winKey+R to get run function.
