Run Time Errors

hello
Everytime I try to use any Microsoft program (ie. Hotmail, MSN Explorer) I get "Run Time Errors" .....Can someone please Help Me with this issue???.....I would like to know how to fix and why it happens

have spyware:

Hi,
In IE, go to Tools, select Internet Options, the Advanced tab, select
"Disable Script Debugging" and click apply and ok.
