run time error

I keep getting a screen that pops up and reads: A run time
error has occured. Do you wish to debug now, yes or no.
Line:30
error: object expected

What can I do to stop this from always popping up?

Launch Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and uncheck
"Display a notification about every script error". Then place
a check next to "Disable script debugging" and click "Apply".
