run time error

One of our computers has Windows Me for an operating
system and uses Internet Explorer 6.0 and everytime he
goes to smartmoney.com he gets a message saying runtime
error line 787 would I like to debug?

He is up to date on all of his critical updates?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
