Run Time error when booting-what it is??????

After I boot up, I get a small page on my desktop called "opensite" with the message "runtime error '13': Type mismatch". Does anyone know what in hell is happening and what my trusty ole computer is trying to tell me??????????????????????

A quick Google tells me that opensite is adware/spyware. Remove spyware
with Spybot Search & Destroy (www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware
(www.lavasoftusa.com). Be sure to update these programs before running,
and it is a good idea to do virus/spyware scans in Safe Mode. I assume
that you are running a current (post-2002 version using updated
definitions) antivirus program. If you don't have one, get one asap.
