Run Time error msg with IE

G

Guest

Recently, I've been getting RunTime C++ error msgs when opening IE browser
window. I close the error msg, and can browse normally, but I want to
permanently get rid of this error msg.

I am using WIN XP home addition and my workstation is current with all MS
patches and updates.

Wondering what I need to to.

You need to post to an IE group and include details of the EXACT
Runtime C++ error message, e.g. in this form:
------------
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.
Runtime Error!
Program: c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an
unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
----
If that one, then try uninstalling the Google toolbar using Control
Panel-Add/Remove.
