run time error in explorere

When I go certain websites I get
the following message:

a run time error has occur.Do you wish to debug.

line 131
error identifier.

Any word to fix would be helpful

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.
